Buster

Hi there! I'm Buster, a 2-year-old, medium-sized Shepherd mix with a whole lot of love to give. I'm a bundle of energy and excitement, always ready for a good playtime session or a long walk. I have a big heart and I love my humans so much that I can get a little sad and scared when they leave. The rescue folks call it separation anxiety. I'm currently on a daily medication that helps me feel much braver, and I'll need to continue that in my new home. I don't remember much about my past, but I'm optimistic about my future and looking for a patient and loving human to share it with. If you're searching for a loyal companion who will greet you with the enthusiasm of a lottery winner every time you walk in the door, I'm your boy!

Ideal Home

I need a patient and loving human who is ready to work with me on my separation anxiety.

Ongoing Health

I am neutered, up-to-date on all vaccines, heartworm negative, and on monthly preventatives. I take a daily medication for separation anxiety, and this will need to continue in my new home.

Training & Support

I am professionally house-trained and have high energy levels. I will need continued support with my separation anxiety through medication and a consistent routine.
