Brooklyn Cherry is believed to be a Shepherd mix, approximately 1-2 years old and weighing 60 lbs. Ideal Home
Brooklyn Cherry would do best in a home with a moderately playful dog that likes to play and also enjoys relaxing. If you don't have other dogs, that's okay too! She would be great as a solo dog as she does not need constant play or companionship to feel comfortable. Her dream home would have a large backyard where she can stretch her legs, explore, and find a sunny spot to relax. She would do best with a semi-active family that wants to take their dog on adventures like hikes and runs, but also wants a snuggly companion for downtime after some mental stimulation.

Training & Support
Brooklyn Cherry is fully potty and crate trained, and a quick learner. She already knows some basic commands like "sit" and has a pretty decent recall. She is fairly easy to walk on a leash, though she may pull occasionally out of excitement when she wants to sniff something, but she is easy to correct. She aims to please and loves to learn new things; she knows how to "sit," "shake," and "down." With the right training and guidance, she can learn so much more and would be a fantastic adventure companion.

- The adoption fee is $1,000 and includes all vetting, vaccinations (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies), multiple deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injection, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a Martingale collar, a health certificate, and the cost of transport.

Transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (with pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters).
