Trio

Meet Trio! He's a charming 4-year-old Dachshund and Chihuahua mix, weighing in at about 11 pounds of pure personality. Trio is a resilient and spirited pup who, despite having his right rear leg amputated after an unfortunate encounter with a larger dog, lives life to the fullest. He's a fast runner and loves to zoom around the yard with his foster dog friends, showing that a little adjustment can't dim his bright spirit. He enjoys walks and car rides, making him a great companion for adventures.

Ideal Home

Trio gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would likely do well in a home with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Trio is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered, and microchipped. He is a happy and healthy boy, and his missing leg doesn't slow him down one bit!

Training & Support

Trio is already house-trained and loves going for walks and car rides. His foster family has noted his playful nature and how well he interacts with other dogs.
