Meet Slater! He's a handsome 1-year-old Doberman mix who weighs around 45 lbs. Slater is neutered, vaccinated, 4DX negative, and already crate trained, which means he's all set to become a cherished member of your family. He has a wonderful personality – friendly, affectionate, playful, and calm, with a perfect blend of energy. Slater loves his toys, enjoys spending quality time with his people, and gets along wonderfully with children and other dogs.

Ideal Home

Slater would thrive in a home where he can share his affectionate nature and playful spirit. A home with a yard for him to romp and play would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Slater is up-to-date on all his vaccinations and is 4DX negative. His adoption fee includes his spay/neuter (if over 3 months of age), rabies vaccination, bordetella, DHPP, and microchip.

Training & Support

Slater does have a tendency to food guard, so he will need to be fed separately from other pets. With this simple management strategy, he is a loving and loyal companion.

Transportation

Slater is currently located in McAllen, Texas. He can be transported to your area with a completed adoption application. Drop-off locations are available for the East Coast, primarily serving NJ, NY, PA, CT, RI, VT, and NH. Please note that due to USDA regulations, drop-offs are not available for New York or Philadelphia at this time.
