Patty

Hi, I am Patty! I am a sweet, curious, and energetic puppy that would love someone to take me for long walks, cuddle with me, and show me around. I can be shy and timid at first, but that is just because I don't know the expectations going into a new activity. I do warm up quickly! My foster mom says she loves my heart-shaped nose and my short little tail. I am missing part of my tail, but TRUST me, I am not missing any personality! I am from Texas, and it's pretty chilly up here, so I love to snuggle up in a blanket next to my people. I sleep in my kennel at night and am very quiet. I am working on this whole potty training thing and am doing so well with frequent potty breaks.

Ideal Home

I would love to meet someone who can see past my timidness and see that I am an amazing pup! My ideal home would continue to teach me manners, take me on walks, and cuddle with me. I have been around people of all ages, even ones smaller than me, and I love everyone! I have been around a cat, and I'm a little scared of him, but I think we'll be friends. I have met some big dogs, and I learn from them and take their lead.

Ongoing Health

I am missing part of my tail, but it doesn't slow me down one bit!

Training & Support

I am working on potty training and am doing well with frequent potty breaks. I will need someone to continue to teach me about being polite and how to walk on a leash. I love treats and want to do the right thing, so if you can teach me, I'm all ears! I am a puppy, so I love to play with toys, especially bones and things I can chew on! I also jump up to say hello and let you know I'm here, but I'm still learning that it's not polite.
