Hunter

Handsome lad Hunter is an approximately 5-year-old, 40-45 lb Australian Kelpie. He was rescued from a breeding kennel with many other dogs. Hunter is still a bit shy with people, but he has made great progress with training and is doing much better. He enjoys kiddie pools and has a nice disposition, being one of the few kennel dogs who doesn't bark at passersby. Hunter has successfully made human and canine friendships and is now ready for his forever home. He is great with all dogs and his best friends, Dobie and Dougie, are also available for adoption. Hunter is the last of his group to be adopted and truly deserves a loving home.

Hunter is up-to-date on all vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered.

Training & Support

Hunter has undergone significant training and has improved greatly. He has formed friendships with humans and dogs, indicating he is ready for a stable home environment.

Application Details:

• We schedule appointments on Wednesdays through Sundays between 10 am and 1:30 pm.
• Please allow up to a week for us to respond to your application.
• Most appointments are scheduled for Friday-Sunday, for one hour.
• Please bring any other dogs and the entire family to your meet and greet.
• A complimentary training manual is included with each adoption.
