Roxy - Transport

Meet Roxy – a sweet and laid-back 5-year-old girl who absolutely adores belly rubs! This 45-pound bundle of love has a gentle nature and an easygoing demeanor that makes her a wonderful companion. Roxy gets along great with both cats and dogs, and she's even lived with chickens! She's crate-trained and truly thrives on affection, always ready to roll over and show you her belly for some loving attention. If you're searching for a calm, affectionate dog who's happy to snuggle up with you or coexist peacefully with other pets, Roxy is the perfect fit!

Ideal Home

Roxy would do well in a home with other pets, including cats and dogs, and she's also comfortable around chickens.

Ongoing Health

Roxy has a congenital birth defect on her front right foot. This condition does not affect her mobility, and she remains active and unrestricted in her movement. She is spayed, fully vaccinated, and heartworm negative. She receives regular heartworm medication, flea and tick treatment, and deworming medication.

Training & Support

Roxy is crate-trained. Housetraining is typically the adopter's responsibility, as many rescue dogs may not have prior exposure to it.

Roxy is located in Columbia, KY. We offer transport to Greenwood, IN, Wilmington, OH, and Washington, PA. To be eligible for transport, your application must be approved, a deposit paid, and a transport contract signed.
