Meet Maruchan - the softest soul in a tiny body!

Maruchan is a female Pointer/Terrier/Dachshund mix born in May 2021, weighing 9.2kg. Her life in San Vicente was unstable and unsafe, but everything changed when she was finally brought into care. She is a distemper survivor, with a small mouth/body twitch that shows up mostly when she is resting, but it does not slow her down or dim her sweetness one bit.

She is a quiet, lower energy girl who loves being close to people and does well with other dogs, though the busy shelter life is a lot for her. She previously lived with several cats and is totally comfortable around them. She is gentle, grateful, and so deserving of peace.

Maruchan is healthy after treatment for ehrlichia. She is a distemper survivor, with a small mouth/body twitch that shows up mostly when she is resting.

Transporation

Maruchan is located in Puerto Vallarta. Approved adopters are matched with flight companions traveling from Puerto Vallarta. You'll meet them at the airport to welcome your new pup home. If a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, dogs may need to fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border. Volunteers have successfully helped bring dogs to adopters at the border during the summer.
