Victoria is a 5-year-old female Husky mix who weighs approximately 48 lbs. She was rescued from the streets of Saltillo, Mexico, after being found hungry and thirsty. Victoria is a social, confident, and noble dog who loves affection and will reward you with a beautiful smile. Despite her past hardships, she remains grateful and loving, enjoying cuddles and ear rubs. She is crate and leash trained. Victoria is missing most of her teeth, with only three molars remaining, due to severe malnutrition.
Ideal Home
Victoria would thrive in a home with a fenced backyard owned by active families who enjoy outdoor activities like hiking and long walks. Experience with dog behavior and training, along with high tolerance and patience for rescued animals, is highly recommended. She is not house-trained.
Ongoing Health
Victoria is spayed and up to date on all her vaccinations, including DHPPI, Rabies, and Bordetella. She has been dewormed and tested negative for heartworm. She receives monthly Nexgard Spectra protection for fleas, ticks, and heartworms. Victoria is missing most of her teeth, with only a few molars remaining.
Training & Support
Victoria needs to eat in her crate to prevent food-related conflicts with other pets. She is crate and leash trained, but not house-trained. Her new family should be prepared to provide ongoing training and patience.

Transportation
Victoria is currently fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is available for transport to the East Coast. A transport fee of $400.00 will be paid by the adopter prior to departure, and the service will be provided by a transport company, delivering directly to the adopter's home address.
