Meet John Dwayne, affectionately known as Dwyane! This handsome Doberman mix, weighing around 45 lbs, was born on June 7, 2023. Dwyane's journey began with hardship; he was sadly abandoned in a crate at a park. Thankfully, he was rescued and is now ready to leave his past behind and find the loving forever family he truly deserves. Despite his rough start, Dwyane is an incredibly sweet and social boy who adores other dogs. He enjoys playing with both puppies and adult dogs, making him an ideal companion for a home with a canine friend who loves to have a buddy.

Dwyane is currently located in Houston, Texas. We coordinate with multiple transport services that operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas to your state or a neighboring state. These are ground transports using third-party vehicles converted for dog transport. Each adopter has the ability to track the van using the Life360 app and receives updates from transport along the way. Facebook chats are another resource to stay informed on tracking dogs on transport. Please be able to use one of these available services if you wish to follow your adopted dog on transport.
