PIPER

Piper is a 6-year-old, 60-pound German Shepherd who is past her puppy years and ready for the best chapter of her life! She's the perfect blend of playful, loyal, and loving. Piper enjoys a good game of fetch and then snuggling up close to her favorite people. She was unfortunately abandoned but hasn't lost hope for finding her forever family. Piper is fully vaccinated, house-trained, walks well on a leash, and is great with children. While she might be a little shy and put on a tough front when meeting new people, she's truly a gentle soul who longs for safety and love. Her absolute favorite things are playing fetch, carrying her gingerbread toy, and spending time with her humans. She asks for little: a comfy bed, some toys, and a family who will cherish her forever.

Piper would do best as an only dog or with a dog her size or larger.

Piper is house-trained and walks nicely on a leash. She can be a little shy when meeting new people and may try to look tough at first, but she is a gentle soul underneath.
