Jett --- Pups for Parol Graduate

I'm Jett, a happy 6-year-old, 55-pound Pit Bull Terrier mix who is incredibly grateful to be here and looking for my forever home! My journey started at Animal Control, but luckily, Rescue One stepped in and saved me. Now, I'm ready to bring joy, energy, and smiles into your life. I'm also a proud graduate of the Pups for Parole training program, which has made a world of difference for me!

Ideal Home

I'm an athletic boy who needs daily exercise. I love to jump and run, so a privacy-fenced yard would be ideal for me. If you're very active, I could thrive in an apartment, as long as we commit to lots of walks, runs, or perhaps doggy daycare. I would also love to have an older kid to play with! I am not a fan of cats, as I tend to chase them.

Ongoing Health

I take daily medication for anxiety.

Training & Support

Thanks to Pups for Parole, my leash skills have improved, and I have more confidence! I know commands like "sit," "down," "off," "kennel," "potty," and "come inside." I'm a velcro dog who loves to follow my people around. While I can be nervous around men initially, I warm up easily now.

• My adoption fee is $150 and includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Transporation

I am located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get me and returning me if the adoption does not work out.
