Sakura

Meet Sakura, a senior Pit Bull Terrier mix who is truly a joy to be around! Her infectious smile and amazing eyebrows are absolute perfection, and she loves nothing more than to be showered with affection. Sakura was unfortunately abandoned with some skin cancer, but our dedicated team removed it and monitored her for two years to ensure no regrowth. She's had a clear bill of health since then! Sakura does well with other dogs, though she does tend to be the leader of the pack – she’s a true boss girl!

Ideal Home

Sakura would thrive in a home where she can be loved and cherished. While she enjoys the company of other dogs, she likes to take the lead in playgroups.

Ongoing Health

Sakura has had skin cancer removed and has been clear of regrowth for two years. She is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated.

Training & Support

Sakura is a leader among her doggy friends and enjoys being in charge. We believe she'll continue to be a confident and happy dog in her new home.

Sakura is currently located in Puerto Rico. Once adopted, she will be flown to Newark, NJ, to meet her new family. We promise she is worth the journey!
