Sadey is a sweet caramel-swirled girl who walks around like a warm hug with legs. Her name, S-A-D-E-Y, deserves a little extra sparkle! With soft, floppy ears and a smile so sweet it could power a small town, Sadey instantly melts into a full-body lean and dramatic flop when she loves you (which takes about three seconds). Belly rubs and unlimited kisses are mandatory, and personal space is a concept she's unfamiliar with. We believe she's a Lab/Golden Retriever mix, weighing 58 lbs and approximately 2 years old. She's past the crazy puppy stage and is perfect for exploring, having fun, and enjoying long naps.
Ideal Home
Sadey would thrive with a semi-active family in a home with a backyard for playing. She would also love a pool or water nearby, as she adores splashing around.
Ongoing Health
All vetting is up to date, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also had a heartworm test and treatment if needed.
Training & Support
Sadey will pull on the leash occasionally out of excitement and may bark when seeing friendly faces or dogs. With consistent, structured walks and corrections, she will learn better leash manners. She thrives with structure and will do best with an adopter who has some experience and can provide the guidance she needs.
