Max

Max is a lovable 3-year-old Goldendoodle, weighing in at 60lbs, who is looking for his forever family. He came to us after sustaining a leg injury. Though he's working with a physical therapist, there's still a possibility that amputation may be necessary. Because of this, Max may not be your next hiking or running buddy, but he will be a devoted sidekick for everyday adventures and is ready for all the cuddles!

Max adores people and is happiest when he's by your side. He's affectionate, gentle, and incredibly human-focused, meaning he's never met a stranger. Max is well-behaved, crate-trained, and is non-destructive when left alone. He also has a playful, goofy side that is sure to keep you smiling.

Ideal Home

Max can be reactive on leash, and while we're not sure if it's due to his injury or a need for focused attention, we believe he would be happiest as the only dog in the home. He needs a home where he can soak up all the attention for himself.

Ongoing Health

Max is currently undergoing physical therapy for a leg injury. While we are hopeful for improvement, amputation may be a possibility.

Training & Support

Max is crate-trained and non-destructive when left alone. He can be reactive on leash, and would do best in a home where he is the only pet.
