Once staff got him out of his kennel, this goofy guy transformed into a wiggly, affectionate sweetheart who immediately sought out pets and attention. He has been described as playful, easy to leash, and full of happy full-body tail wags, the kind of dog who seems genuinely thrilled just to spend time with people.
