Fletcher

I'm Fletcher, a 58-pound, 7-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who is ready for a new beginning! I'm a big goofball who loves to play with dogs about my size, though I'm a bit afraid of small dogs. I'm super gentle when I play, enjoying open-mouth play and rolling around, and I'll even join in a game of tug-of-war. I'm laid-back and non-reactive, which makes me easy to have around, and I do fine with cats. I'm housebroken, crate-trained, and good on a leash. Walks and car rides are a couple of my favorite activities, and I would make a great buddy!

Ideal Home

I would love to find a family who has another dog and a couple of kids to play with. I'm a bit of an escape artist, so a privacy-fenced yard is a must, as I've been known to jump chain-link fences.

Ongoing Health

I am allergic to chicken and take a daily allergy pill, but otherwise, I am a very healthy guy! My adoption fee of $150 includes my spay/neuter, vaccinations, wellness exam, heartworm test, and microchip.

Training & Support

I'm a housebroken, crate-trained, and leash-trained good boy! I love to show off my trick of shaking with both paws.

Transporation

I am located in Springfield, MO. We do adopt out of state with vet references and a video home check. The adopter is responsible for coming to get me and returning me if the adoption does not work out.
