Kenai

Kenai is a sweet and gentle 2-4 year old mixed breed who has overcome an incredibly difficult past. She was found as a stray with a chain and trap attached to her leg. After being safely captured, it was discovered that she had severe injuries to her front foot, requiring amputation. Despite this traumatic experience, Kenai is a brave girl who is now learning to navigate the world as a tripod and is taking it all in stride. She is friendly, loving, smart, and gets along well with other dogs. Kenai is so deserving of a happy ending and a loving home where the rest of her life will be the best of her life.

Transporation

Kenai is located in South Carolina and transport to the northeast is available weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
