Smidge

Smidge is a wonderful, affectionate boy who loves his people and going for walks. He's a great dog but does need someone who can be with him a lot, as he has some separation anxiety and dislikes being left alone for long periods. He also isn't a fan of storms. Despite these few challenges, he's a fantastic companion and doesn't seem bothered by other dogs or cats. We're unsure how he would do with children or if you have other animals, so we recommend a meet-and-greet before bringing him home.

Ideal Home

Smidge would thrive in a home where someone is around frequently to keep him company. He needs a family that can help him with his separation anxiety and storm phobias. A meet-and-greet is recommended if you have other pets or children to ensure everyone gets along.

Smidge has some separation issues and dislikes storms. Continued positive reinforcement and a consistent routine will help him feel secure.
