Skylar

Meet Skylar! This beautiful 26-pound girl is a mini Aussie mix with long, lovely hair and an adorable face. She's about 5 years old but acts younger, with a shy and laid-back personality. Skylar is very pensive and observant, taking in her surroundings with careful study. She's good with other dogs and is slowly warming up to people, gaining confidence daily. She enjoys playing in the yard and walks nicely on a leash, though she might lie down if she's feeling uncomfortable. Skylar is currently using potty pads between yard breaks at the shelter. She came to us from rescue friends, likely a former backyard breeder dog who became unwanted, but she's now spayed, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. Skylar would be a wonderful companion for a quiet home.
