Florence

Florence, better known as Flo to her friends, is a tiny little Yorkie, approximately 10 years old and weighing about 3.5 pounds. She was surrendered to the rescue by her family due to an owner's illness, and we are committed to giving her the best care and finding her a wonderful forever home. Flo is a friendly, quiet lady who is currently working on gaining a little weight and receiving supplements for her coat.

Ideal Home

Flo enjoys the company of other small, senior dogs and would thrive with another calm, older canine companion for "senior snooze time." A secure fence would also be beneficial for her to safely explore and sniff.

Ongoing Health

Flo has significant dental disease, including an oro-nasal fistula, which will require surgical repair before she can be adopted. This surgery is scheduled for June 22nd, and she will need time to heal afterward.
