Charlie

Charlie is a charming 2-year-old pup weighing around 13 lbs. He's a survivor of a hoarding and cruelty case and, while friendly, can be a bit timid. He's looking for a patient and loving home to help him blossom into the wonderful dog we know he can be!

Ideal Home

Charlie would thrive in a quieter home without children under 10 years old, as he hasn't had much exposure to them. He needs a home with at least one social dog to help him feel more comfortable and confident, and a secure yard is a must.

Ongoing Health

Charlie is spayed/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, microchipped, and has been dewormed. He also comes with 2 free vet visits and a Healthy Start Certificate with VCA Hospitals, including a $250 health credit (restrictions apply).

Training & Support

Charlie is not leash-trained and will need guidance with basic housebreaking. He's going to need patience and time to learn and adjust. He comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org, including access to trainers/behaviorists and online resources.

Transporation

Charlie is available for adoption at our Adoption Center located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. We hold adoption events on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM to 4 PM. No appointment is necessary, just walk right in. Please bring your entire family and any resident dogs for a meet and greet.
