Hi, I'm Brownie! If you're looking for a sweet spot in your life, I'm your girl! Like many dogs in Mexico, I spent my early months navigating life on the streets, searching for food, love, and a safe place to rest. Fortunately, I was rescued and brought to the shelter, where things finally started looking up. I might be a slightly untypical Mexi-Mutt with a stockier build and shorter legs, but I'm still gorgeous and full of personality! I'm a total cuddlebug who loves affection, but I'm also content to find my own cozy spot, like the bottom shelf of a bookcase. My medium energy makes me easy to live with; I can be playful, especially with other dogs, but I also know how to relax and enjoy quiet moments. I adjust well to other dogs and would do great in a home with playful pups, or I'm happy to have solo adventures and quality time with my human. I'm crate trained, walk well on leash, and love being outdoors. I'm also food-motivated and eager to learn, possessing just the right amount of confidence to thrive. I've adjusted quickly and am ready to learn more about being a cherished pet. I'd love a family that can offer structure, love, and fun in equal measure. At the end of the day, I promise, a Brownie is all you need!
