Duke

Duke is a playful and cuddly little man, born on April 2, 2026. This Chihuahua/Poodle mix is currently around 2.7 pounds and will remain small, as his mom weighs 7 pounds and his dad weighs 10 pounds. Duke absolutely loves to be held, play, snuggle under blankets, and receive belly rubs. He does great with cats and other small dogs, though he hasn't been around larger breeds.

Ideal Home

Duke requires a fenced yard as he still needs work on leash walking and loves to play outside. He would do best in a home without small children due to his tiny size.

Ongoing Health

All of our animals are spayed/neutered, examined by a vet, up-to-date on vaccinations, on heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Potty training is going well but is still a work in progress; potty pads will help with this.

• We require a veterinarian reference check and a home safety check.
• We adopt our animals as strictly inside companion pets.

Transportation

We are located in Omaha, NE and do not ship our animals. All of our animals are in volunteer foster homes. Once an application is pre-approved, we will contact applicants that are a good match and set up a time for a meet.
