My name is Chocolate, and my name perfectly describes my sweet disposition! The kind staff at the vet clinic who first met me after I was rescued gave me this name. Despite being scared and sick, they saw my gentle nature and loving spirit, and so, Chocolate was born – a reminder of my fresh start.
My life began on a difficult note. One scorching day, I was tied to a bicycle with a shoelace, struggling to breathe, with my front paws barely touching the ground. I tried to communicate my distress, but my owner didn't understand. Then, a compassionate woman saw me struggling and intervened. She untied me and even bought me from my owner, saving my life. That's when my journey with my first foster mom began, and my world started to change.
Initially, I was confused and a bit sad, as my previous owner was all I had known. But soon, I discovered the joy of true love and kindness. Now, I live with two wonderful foster moms who treat me like family, and I even have a human sister who showers me with the best kisses. For the first time, I experienced the comfort of a soft bed, the delight of toys, and the amazing taste of homemade chicken! I also get to play with my foster siblings, both big and small, all of whom are also eagerly awaiting their forever homes.
Ideal Home
I love to run and play, especially with my foster sister Moom. I am very affectionate and thrive on cuddles, kisses, and being close to my people. I am fully potty trained and find comfort and security in my crate. While car rides are still a bit new and things with wheels can make me nervous, I know with a patient and loving person, I will continue to build my confidence.
