Bill was rescued from the city pound as a dirty mess, but his friendly personality shone through! Once he was cleaned up and groomed, his true self blossomed. He absolutely adores people and soaking up all the attention. Bill is currently learning to walk on a leash and truly enjoys the companionship that comes with it! This sweet guy was unfortunately neglected and abandoned, but he's now searching for a loving and caring home where he can share all the affection he has to give back.
