Meet Banjo! This handsome 2–3-year-old Cattle Dog mix, weighing in at 34.5 lbs, is a true testament to bravery and resilience. Banjo's journey began when he arrived at a ranch feeling scared and unsure, but with the patience and guidance of our trainers, he has blossomed into a loving and social pup. He forms strong bonds with those who show him kindness and affection, and he's eager to find his forever family. Banjo is a high-energy, playful boy who absolutely thrives with plenty of space to run and explore. He adores his toys, loves to learn, and is making great progress with potty training and house manners. He also benefits from structure and routine, and is improving with crate training.

Ideal Home

Banjo would be happiest in a home with a yard where he can safely burn off his abundant energy. He can do well with other active dogs his size, or he'd be equally content as the only dog, provided he receives plenty of attention and activity. Because of his past experiences, Banjo is best suited for an experienced dog owner who understands sensitive, working-breed personalities and is looking for a loyal, devoted companion.

Banjo is neutered, up to date on all his vaccinations, microchipped, and has tested heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Banjo is doing great with potty training and house manners with human guidance. He is also improving with crate training and thrives with structure and routine.
