Meet Reeve!

Reeve is a big boy, standing at 8 hands at the shoulder and weighing 110lbs. He was found as a stray and was quite thin, but he's now enjoying a good meal and gaining strength. Reeve has a charming personality and a handsome, rugged look. While he dislikes peanut butter, he loves most other treats, especially milk bones, and is a big fan of playing fetch. He walks well on a leash and is learning to sit. He has a history of doing well with cats and is likely to be good with children. Reeve has met other dogs at the shelter and generally does well, but he can be a bit nervous, so a meet-and-greet is recommended to ensure compatibility.

Ideal Home

Reeve would likely do well in a home with cats and children. A meet-and-greet is required for potential dog siblings.

Reeve was found as a stray and was thin, but has been receiving care.

Training & Support

Reeve is learning to sit and walks well on leash. He's a quick learner and motivated by treats!

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Our adoption fees vary: Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400.
• The adoption fee includes: a Home Again Microchip, a set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1-year rabies shot (if old enough).
• All dogs adopted must leave with a $21 county license.

Transporation

Reeve is located at our shelter. We can arrange transport to a Wags approved location.
