Meet Kane! This charming 7-year-old, approximately 70-pound gentleman is looking for his golden years filled with comfort and quiet companionship. He came to us as a stray, and although his owners were found, they chose to surrender him. Now, Kane is ready to find the loving forever family he deserves. Kane has all the endearing qualities of a wise grandpa. His ideal day involves a quick trip outside to take care of business, followed by ample time lounging on a comfy couch. If you're seeking a devoted couch potato, Kane might be your perfect match! He seems to get along well with cats and is generally okay with other dogs, though a meet-and-greet is always recommended. Kane has a bit of a stubborn streak when it comes to walks, but it's all part of his lovable grandpa persona. A truly delightful surprise is Kane's love for the pool! He grins from ear to ear when he gets to splash around in our play-yard pool. Shelter life isn't the best fit for this distinguished older guy; he's dreaming of a soft couch and a peaceful home where his laid-back lifestyle is truly appreciated.
