Hi there, I’m Elko! I love spending my days exploring and sniffing around, making the most of every moment. I’m a bit independent, but I truly cherish my human friends and always want to be part of whatever you’re doing. I’m the type of dog who thinks I’m a lap dog, so I’ll happily stay close and soak up all the affection I can get. I have a goofy side, including my very serious belief that fake dogs are real, which always keeps things entertaining. I’m a gentle, loyal companion who respects your space but is always there when you need a friend, ready to brighten your days.

Ideal Home

Elko loves being near his humans and will happily stay close to soak up affection. He can be vocal when left alone, so a home where he can be part of the family activity would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Elko is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Elko has earned his Bronze Training Certificate, meaning he knows sit, watch, and leave it. He is a snack beggar and can get enthusiastic on walks, sometimes pulling. He enjoys learning new things when taught.
