When he was finally located, a rescue attempt was made. Though trapping on the construction site was not permitted, a trap was set just outside the property, baited with chicken, and Rocket safely entered it.
Rocket is a smart and energetic dog who enjoys playing fetch and will enthusiastically present his toy for another throw. He also enjoys being close to his people, snuggling under blankets, and relaxing in a warm lap when he feels like it.
