Alfalfa

Alfalfa is a 4-year-old Staffordshire with a big personality and an even bigger heart. At 54 pounds, she gives everything her all, whether it's cuddling, zoomies, or demanding a few more minutes in bed by snuggling directly on top of you like the world's cutest weighted blanket. She's a sweetheart with people and dogs, and loves women and children. While she has a lot of energy, she'd be best suited for a home with older kids. She enjoys walks and meeting new doggie friends. She hasn't been around cats, so her compatibility with them is unknown at this time. Alfalfa is fully house trained and crate trained, and she communicates clearly when she needs to go outside. She also loves car rides and is leash-trained, though she does pull and needs redirection at times.

Ideal Home

Alfalfa thrives with plenty of room to run and play, especially a backyard where she can burn off energy before walks. She enjoys adventures and would be a fun road trip companion. She is a couch potato inside and loves to cuddle.

Alfalfa is spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative.

Training & Support

Alfalfa is house and crate trained. She is leash-trained but pulls and needs redirection. She has a lot of energy and can get tangled up mid-walk if she hasn't had a chance to burn energy beforehand. She has only nibbled on a shirt sleeve or two and is generally well-behaved indoors.
