Duke

Hi, my name is Duke, also known as Dukie Boy! People think I'm a mix of Great Dane, German Shepherd, and hound – a true Heinz 57! I weigh a little over 100 lbs and am a wonderful blend of playful energy and snuggle bug. I'm already neutered, perfectly house trained, and happily go into my crate without any fuss. At my boarding facility, I have a blast playing with both male and female friends. When it's time to rest, I love curling up on the bed; I'm the ultimate snuggle buddy, just tucking myself into a little ball and sleeping soundly through the night. Playing fetch with a ball or frisbee are two of my absolute favorite things! After a good play session, I enjoy nothing more than lots of pets, love, and relaxation. I'm just a young fellow, perhaps 3-4 years old, looking for my forever home!

Ideal Home

I love to play and then cuddle, so a home that enjoys both would be perfect!

Ongoing Health

I am neutered and up to date on all age-appropriate vaccinations. I've also been heartworm tested and am on preventative.

Training & Support

I am house-trained and crate-trained. I enjoy playing with other dogs and am a great snuggle buddy!

I am located near Dayton, OH. We adopt within a 2-hour radius of this area. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter.
