Greta is an 18-month-old, 40 lb female Border Collie mix who is bursting with energy, confidence, and affection! This sweet pup is black with white markings and is ready to bring joy and playfulness into a loving home. Greta is a super wiggly girl who adores attention, thrives on praise, and loves to play. She’s a happy, confident dog who enjoys being around people and is eager to be part of the family fun.

Ideal Home

Greta's ideal home would have a fenced yard or a commitment to daily exercise and playtime to help her burn off her puppy energy. She would also be an excellent hiking companion. She loves to play with big dogs and is social and confident, making her a great candidate for a home with other dogs. We encourage you to bring any resident dogs to meet Greta to ensure they'll be compatible.

Training & Support

Greta is potty trained and keeps her kennel clean. She has excellent recall! While she can pull on a slip lead, she's doing better on a harness and will need continued leash training with treats. She may bark at passing dogs in her kennel, but she is playful and social once outside. Greta is curious and confident when exploring new environments, calming quickly even in new places.
