Sugar Reed is a delightful 5-month-old pup, weighing around 20 pounds. We believe she might be a Labrador Retriever/Pit Bull mix, but with rescue pups, it's always a delightful surprise! Sugar Reed is described as playful, sweet, curious, and cuddly. She absolutely loves to play with her siblings and enjoys plenty of naps – the classic puppy life of eat, sleep, play, repeat! She's eager to find a loving home where she can shower her new family with kisses and companionship.

Ideal Home

Sugar Reed needs a family that is committed to providing her with the love, training, and socialization essential for puppyhood. A routine with structure and clear boundaries will help her grow into a well-rounded adult dog.

Ongoing Health

Sugar Reed is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with a booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. She will also receive a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative, a heartworm test, and a microchip with free lifetime registration.

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Sugar Reed will require a dedicated family to guide her through her developmental stages. We require all adoptive families to commit to crate training from the start to aid in potty training, energy management, and overall development.

• You will have the opportunity to meet your new pup via a video call before finalizing adoption.
• The adoption fee is $1,000.00, with an additional $87 surcharge for transportation. This fee covers all vetting, transport, a Martingale collar, and a health certificate.

Transporation

Sugar Reed is currently in Texas. We offer nationwide transport through our USDA-certified system, with drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Adopters in the Greater Houston area must pick up their pup directly.
