Meet Galena! This sweet 4-year-old girl weighs around 50 pounds and is a smart cookie eager to learn. She's already mastering "sit" and "lay down," and her progress is impressive, especially since she's highly motivated by treats! Galena can be a little anxious, but she settles in nicely during her day trips with volunteers and has shown good recall in a fenced area. She's friendly with other dogs and loves to play! Galena hops right into the car and enjoys rides. She’s also a big fan of chasing toys, though she could use some help learning to bring them back. She's a sweetheart who's looking for a patient teacher to help her shine.
