Panchita is a loving, intelligent, and obedient 2-3 year old female Creole mix weighing around 33 lbs. She is incredibly sociable with people, children, and other dogs, and she absolutely adores affection. Panchita is always smiling and eager to please, making her a truly noble and charismatic companion. She enjoys playing, going for walks, and running. This sweet girl is also dog and cat friendly, playful, loyal, and brings a lot of joy and fun to any home. She was rescued in March 2024 after being found with her 7 puppies. She is crate and leash trained.
Ideal Home
Panchita would thrive in a home with owners who have a fenced backyard. Active families who enjoy outdoor activities would be a great match. Ideal adopters will have an open conscience regarding the needs of rescued street animals, a background or experience in dog behavior and training, and a high tolerance and patience for rescued pups. She is not house-trained.
Ongoing Health
Panchita has completed a comprehensive health protocol including spay/neuter certificate, DHPPI and Rabies vaccinations, Bordetella vaccination, deworming, microchipping, a 4DX test, negative heartworm test, and is up-to-date on monthly Nexgard Spectra preventives for fleas, ticks, and heartworm. She has a health certificate and vaccination booklet.
Training & Support
Panchita is crate and leash trained. However, she is not house-trained and will require dedicated time and patience for house-training. Adopters should have experience with dog behavior and training.

- A home check (virtual or in-person) will be conducted.
- A virtual meet and greet will be arranged.
- A trial adoption period may be offered.
- The adoption fee, which covers spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming, a month of preventive medication, and a health certificate, will be finalized prior to transport.
Transportation
Panchita is currently being fostered in Saltillo, Mexico, and is ready to travel to the East Coast of the US on our next cross-country trip. Transport to the adopter's home address on the East Coast is available for an additional fee of $400.00, which is to be paid by the adopter prior to departure.
