Waffles McGee (Duece)

Waffles McGee, a 1-year and 7-month-old male Staffordshire Mix, is a big-hearted boy who has overcome a lot. Despite his past, he still believes in people and greets everyone with a soft wag. He walks nicely on a leash and is eager to be close to his people. Waffles has a goofy, lovable personality with a bounce in his step and an abundance of love to give. He's currently healing, inside and out, and is looking for a patient and loving home to help him blossom into the incredible dog he's becoming.

Ideal Home

Waffles would thrive with a confident and patient owner who can provide structure, love, and time to decompress. Someone who understands loyal breeds and is ready for a true companion would be a perfect match. Older children are recommended due to his past experiences.

Ongoing Health

Waffles is neutered, vaccinated (Rabies, Bordetella, DA2PP), and microchipped. He is currently heartworm positive and is undergoing treatment, with guidance provided to his adopter.

Training & Support

Waffles walks well on a leash. While his house-training is unknown, he is likely to adapt well with a consistent routine. He would likely do well with crate training. He is selective with other dogs and requires a proper introduction. His compatibility with cats is unknown.
