Abalone

Abalone is a sweet and timid Chinese Crested Powderpuff weighing about 10 pounds. She and her brother, Otter, were surrendered to us by a breeder at 10 months of age. As a bonded pair, they will need to be adopted together. Abalone loves playing with Otter and her foster's other dogs so much! She is very shy and comes to humans on her terms. She has progressed a good bit socially at her foster home over the 2 months she has been there. Her most favorite treat is banana, and she WILL steal your peel!

Ideal Home

Abalone needs a home where she can continue to build her confidence. She loves to play with other dogs and would do well in a home with canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Abalone is spayed and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Abalone is very timid and will need time to warm up to new people and a new environment. She has made great progress with her foster family, showing that with patience and understanding, she will blossom.
