As the third pup in her litter, Iggie looks almost identical to her sister Ruthie, with a mostly black coat and the cutest brown accents on her paws, chest, snout, and little eyebrows that always make her look like she's thinking something important. It's a classic case of "wait... which one is which?" until her personality gives her away. Iggie might be a little shy when you first meet her, but don't blink, because she warms up quickly. Give her a moment and suddenly she's right in the mix, playing with her siblings, joining the fun, and showing off her sweet, happy energy. At 12 lbs, she's the perfect size for both playtime and cuddle time, and she enjoys both equally. Once she feels comfortable, Iggie leans into affection and connection, making her an easy puppy to fall for. Like any young pup, she'll need patience and consistency as she continues to grow and build confidence. Iggie is up-to-date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. She has also been spayed and microchipped with free lifetime registration.

As a young pup, Iggie will benefit from continued positive reinforcement and consistency in her training.

Iggie is currently in Houston, TX. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
