Maddie

Maddie is a sweet and affectionate 3.5-year-old, 58 lb Retriever/Shepherd mix who is ready to find her forever home. She survived emergency surgery to save her and some of her pups, and after being a great mom, she's now ready for some pampering of her own! She enjoys gentle belly rubs, having her blonde coat brushed, and ear rubs. Maddie arrived practically house-trained and loves going for walks and would be thrilled to go on a hike, especially in a cooler climate.

Ideal Home

Maddie would thrive in a home where she can relax and nap the day away, making her a great companion for someone who is away during the day. She has done well with older children she's met and is easily adaptable to new situations. However, Maddie needs to be the only dog in the home, as she prefers not to share her space with other canine companions.

Training & Support

Maddie is already practically house-trained and is a low-maintenance companion. Her adaptability has been proven through an extended sleepover with a different foster family.

Transporation

Maddie is currently located in South Texas and can be transported to your home within the United States and Canada. We deliver to multiple states on the East and West Coast, including Washington, Oregon, Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia.
