Coffee

Meet Coffee! She's a 2-year-old, 40-pound Australian Shepherd mix with a heart as big as her smile. Coffee was found as a stray and, after raising her puppies (who have all found their forever homes!), it's finally her turn to find a loving family of her own. This sweet girl is incredibly affectionate and thrives on companionship. She loves belly rubs, snuggling on the couch, going for walks, and playing with her dog friends. Coffee is happiest when surrounded by love!

Ideal Home

Coffee absolutely adores other dogs and would be happiest in a home with a playful canine companion to share her adventures with. As an Australian Shepherd mix, she's a medium-to-high energy dog and would do best in an active home that can provide plenty of physical exercise and mental stimulation. She would do best in a home without cats. Coffee can get excited and is still working on keeping all four paws on the floor, and due to her occasional jumping, she may accidentally knock over very small children while saying hello.

Coffee is currently working through some separation anxiety.

Training & Support

Because of her separation anxiety, Coffee would be happiest with someone who works from home, has a flexible schedule, or is home more often than not. She forms strong bonds with her people and loves being a part of their daily lives. She enjoys walks, runs, and playtime, walks nicely on a leash, does well in a crate, and is making great progress with potty training.

Transporation

Coffee is located in Texas but can be adopted locally or out of state. We coordinate safe transport and offer video meet-and-greets to ensure it's the perfect fit.
