Maximus is a 54.7lb Husky with an estimated birthday of 04/08/2021. He's a total people pup who wants nothing more than to be by your side, following you from room to room like a fluffy shadow. For a husky, he has a wonderfully calm and easygoing vibe, equally happy chilling at home as he is heading out for a walk or adventure. Max is friendly with everyone he meets, does great with kids, and gets along well with most other dogs. He already knows commands like sit, paw, and stay, is potty trained, and walks nicely on leash, unless a squirrel or cat ruffles his focus. He truly thrives on companionship and being part of your everyday life.
Ideal Home
Max thrives on companionship and being part of your everyday life. Because he loves his people so much, he’d do best in a home where someone is around more often or willing to help him build confidence when left alone. A friendly dog sibling would be a huge bonus for him, too!

Training & Support
Max is kennel and potty trained and walks nicely on leash. He is still learning that being alone isn’t so scary. Adopters are eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption. Transporation
Maximus is located in Houston, TX. Transport is included in the adoption fee and can be coordinated to nearby towns or states, as well as Eastern and Western states. Adopters can track the van using the Life360 app and receive updates.
