Jack

Jack is a handsome 10-11 year old Jindo mix, weighing in at around 40-45 pounds. Despite his senior status, his foster dad says he has the energy and agility of a much younger dog! He's neutered and up-to-date on all core vaccinations. Jack is a friendly and affectionate boy who loves going for walks, walks beautifully on a leash, and greets everyone with a wagging tail. He truly enjoys being petted and showering his people with affection.

Ideal Home

Jack would likely do well in a home with another dog of similar size and temperament, as he has formed a lovely bond with his current foster brother. While he enjoys human interaction most of all, a canine companion could be a wonderful addition to his life.

Ongoing Health

Jack came to us in rough shape, having suffered from neglect and malnutrition. He also had some initial concerns with resource guarding. However, with consistent feeding routines and the dedicated care of his foster dad, he has made incredible progress, and this is no longer an issue.

Training & Support

Jack is a well-mannered, easy-going, and confident boy. He is house-trained and has overcome his initial resource guarding challenges with consistent positive reinforcement. His foster dad describes him as sweet and a joy to be around. He loves exploring his surroundings and meeting new friends, both human and canine.
