Chevy is a 4-year-old, 40lb goofball who is sure to bring endless laughter and snuggles into your home. He had a rough start but has blossomed into a lovable dude with an energetic spirit and a huge heart. His foster family describes him as part comedian, part snuggle monster, and sometimes even part parrot, as he enjoys perching on shoulders and making bird-like noises. Chevy’s favorite pastimes include squeaking toys until they're beyond recognition, playing fetch (though he often forgets the "return" part), and zooming around the house with incredible speed. He's crate-trained and happy to nap during the workday, saving his energy for evening playtime and cuddles.

Ideal Home

Chevy would thrive in an adult-only home where he can be the center of attention. He is not a good fit for homes with children or cats. He enjoys walks but prefers quieter areas or off-peak hours due to being reactive to other dogs on leash. He needs a confident owner who can help him remain calm and focused during walks.
