Chiquita

Chiquita is a sweet girl who was born around January 15th, 2025, and currently weighs about 25 lbs. While she might not be the "cute fluffy" type, she's a wonderful companion who loves to run and play with her friends. She's already fairly house-trained and is a very smart pup who should pick up leash and harness training quickly. Chiquita enjoys playing with toys and could do well as an only dog, though she'd also love to have canine buddies to play with. She's pretty independent, enjoys a good toy, and might try to sneak treats from other rescues when she can! She would be thrilled to have a yard to play in or to be taken to a dog park.

Chiquita would love a home with a yard to play in or frequent trips to a dog park.

Ongoing Health

Chiquita has been spayed and is up-to-date on all her vaccines, including Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. She is also on monthly heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Chiquita is fairly well house-trained but will need some leash/harness training. She is a very smart girl and should learn quickly. She is known to occasionally steal other rescues' food and treats, so secure storage might be helpful!
