About JOY (Very Sweet, Kind, Loves All She Meets, Dogs, Adults, Kids, Happy, Loving)

Joy is a 1-year-old, 44-pound female Black Lab/Pit Bull Terrier mix who is spayed, microchipped, and current on her shots. She was found with her brother George in a park, both looking for people to love. Joy's sweet, happy, and affectionate personality earned her the perfect name! She is house-trained, crate-trained, a great car rider, and generally well-behaved. She's doing well on a leash and enjoys adventures, big or small. Joy is wonderful with other dogs, doesn't bother the resident cat, and is incredibly kind to everyone she meets, especially children. She thrives on attention and companionship, often resting her head on her foster's lap for reassurance. Joy and George adore each other and would make an amazing pair, but they can also thrive in separate homes. Joy would love a family that enjoys simple pleasures like camping, hiking, walks, or cozy nights on the couch. Her beautiful coat and happy-go-lucky personality are sure to bring joy, laughter, loyalty, and unconditional love to her forever home.

Ideal Home

Joy would love a family that enjoys life's simple pleasures such as camping trips, hiking trails, walks around the neighborhood, visits to coffee shops, outdoor cafes, or just curling up on the couch for snuggles after a fun day.
