About Girl Dylan

Meet Dylan, a mixed-breed sweetheart who has spent the last few months settling into foster life and wow, has she come a long way! What started as a shy, unsure little girl has blossomed into a goofy, curious, and quietly affectionate companion. She may be a little cautious when meeting new people at first, but give her a few minutes (and a gentle approach), and she warms up beautifully. Deep down, she really wants to be everyone's friend; she just likes a soft introduction before showing off her personality. Dylan is the perfect mix of playful and chill. Outside? She's all in—zoomies, toys, exploring, living her best life. Inside? Total couch girl. She's happy to follow you around for a bit and then curl up for a long, cozy nap like it's her full-time job. She enjoys her walks and does well on leash, with just a little pulling here and there (especially if a lizard dares to exist nearby). Nothing over the top; she's young, eager to learn, and already on a great track. She also knows "sit"! She's crate trained and has adjusted really well to home life. When it comes to other dogs, Dylan can be a little shy at first, but with the right match, she can form quick bonds and become a playful companion. She has a fun, energetic play style and would do best with a dog who can match her enthusiasm. A more laid-back or older dog may not be her ideal fit. She hasn't been tested with cats, as she gets a little too excited when she sees them, and while she hasn't been around young children, her shy nature suggests she'd likely be more comfortable with older, respectful kids. Time and training can help with both. And yes, she has the cutest puppy-dog eyes and big ears you've ever seen—the kind that make you question every life decision that doesn't involve adopting her. Dylan is still growing into her confidence, but she's already shown how much love, joy, and personality she has to give. With a little patience and a lot of love, she's going to make someone an incredible best friend.
