Meet Andy! Andy is a charming 2-year-old Retriever mix, weighing in at a perfect 50-55 lbs, who is currently fostered in MA. He's ready to find his forever home and can be transported to you! Andy's story began in Texas, where he and his siblings were sadly abandoned. Rescued and brought to safety, he has blossomed into a loving and resilient dog, eager for his next chapter. He's a true gentleman at home, house-trained, crate-trained, and respectful. While he might be a bit shy initially, his affectionate personality quickly shines through. Andy loves routine, companionship, and being part of the family fun, whether it's walks, playtime, or just cuddling nearby. He walks nicely on leash, takes treats gently, and is a joy to be around.

Ideal Home

Andy's dream home would include another dog to pal around with, as he truly thrives around his canine friends. He'd do best in a calm, loving environment with people who appreciate a loyal, kindhearted companion. A yard is a bonus, but his biggest requirement is love, consistency, and a canine buddy. Due to his gentle nature, homes with children 10 years and over are recommended.
