Ginger

Meet Ginger! This approximately 6-year-old, 65-pound Pitbull mix is a water-loving sweetheart who is ready to spice up your life! Ginger has been with our rescue since April 7, 2022, and is up-to-date on her vaccinations and heartworm negative. She enjoys lounging on the couch and engaging in playful antics, though she's not overly energetic. Ginger would prefer to be the only queen bee in her castle, as she needs a little time to warm up to larger female dogs and is not suitable for homes with cats, small farm animals, or chickens. She is, however, good with male dogs and small dogs of both genders.

Ideal Home

Ginger would thrive in a home without cats or small animals. A spacious yard for playtime would be wonderful, and experienced owners who can provide patient introductions to new environments, gentle training and socialization, and plenty of unconditional love and attention will be a great fit for her.

Ongoing Health

Ginger is up-to-date on vaccinations and is heartworm negative. She is spayed and neutered.

Training & Support

Ginger is house-trained. She may need a little extra patience when warming up to new environments and people.
